Completing pre-registration forms early in your pregnancy saves time and stress on delivery day. Pre-register for your delivery online through My St. Vincent's. Preparing for Parenthood Perinatal Aquatics Preparing for Parenthood is a four-class series for first-time parents. It includes classes on labor and delivery, newborn care, and a tour of the birth suites. Expectant mothers should register before their 5th month to complete the classes by their 7th month. This one-hour class in St. Vincent's Indoor fitness pool is offered on Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. This class is an ideal way to decrease pressure and increase relaxation.
