Associate selects investment options of Tax-Sheltered Annuity
(TSA) and/or Mutual Funds. Always 100% vested. MATCHED SAVINGS
PLAN: Hospital matches $0.35 for every dollar you put into the
savings plan, up to 5% of your W-2 earnings. 5-year vesting.
Eligibility: BASIC PLAN: Associates who work at least 1000 hrs/year,
after 1 year of employment, automatically eligible January 1 or July 1.
(Includes flexi if working 1000 hrs/year.) 403(b) PLAN: All associates may
contribute from 1% to 20% (within legal limits) of earnings.
MATCHED SAVINGS PLAN: Contributions may
begin anytime. All associates who work at least 1000 hrs/yr after 1
year of employment. Begins first Jan. 1 or July 1 after 1 year of
